Community Rooms & Café

A community center that only serves athletes is a gym. The plan sets aside a 1,969 square foot community room, two 351 square foot conference rooms, two 970 square foot multi-purpose rooms and a 631 square foot ballroom.

A 608 square foot café opens off the 2,538 square foot main lobby, with a 698 square foot kitchen behind it — somewhere for a parent to sit through a practice, and somewhere a meeting can be held without booking a restaurant. A 1,094 square foot daycare space is included.

These are the rooms that make the building somewhere people go when they are not training.
